Bloggers’ block
Well, darn! 23 days in a row …. have not missed a single day this month on either of my blogs (although I sure have not written much on flitting.org … need to get to that one of these days, too)…. but now I am sitting here staring at the empty window and just gots nothing…
Started a silly poem - but decided it was TOO silly, and deleted it.
Wrote another post about children’s books, but decided it wasn’t good enough and deleted it.
Tried to get a start on the children’s story I need to write for the Writers’ Union of Canada contest but - yeah…I deleted that too.
I think perhaps I need a moratorium on the Delete key!
I don’t think I have bloggers’ block…I think I am just in an entirely too self critical mood today.
No good reason… but it’s not just the blogging… haven’t managed to find a topic I like for my next position paper for viral contagion either…. nor have I managed to quit fussing with my consent forms for my research study, which I really NEED to quit fussing with and PRINT so that I can photocopy the whole package tomorrow and drop it off and be done with it.
Somedays I am my own worst enemy!
But hey…. this is a post right? Not a great post…. but better than nothing.
Do you get bloggers’ block?

Nope.
Ha! I hope she’s kidding!
Or maybe not…she’s probably just that good.
I do suffer from blogger’s block, but fortunately it’s been a while since my last flare up.
Stephanie is a far more prolific writer than I will EVER be…. I can’t even finish my YA novel… and in the time I’ve been not writing the last couple of chapters, she’s completely edited an entire novel and almost finished another - on top of everything else she does.
It’s a good thing I luv ‘her
Yes, I have experienced Blockage! I try to have a new post each day on Today but it’s getting more difficult. March 26, 2009 will mark my 300th post on Retired and Restless. I am also spending a lot of time subscribing to my favorite Today.com blogs so that I can find them after the EntreCard widgets are deleted. What a shame.
